Philip K. Jackson, a teacher and coach at Prairie High School, died of a heart attack Saturday, September 10, 1994, in Vancouver. He was 45. Born November 19, 1948 in Jackson, Minn., he had lived in Camas for the last 13 years.

Mr. Jackson was a U.S. Soccer Federation Referee, a member of the Camas-Washougal Soccer Club and Columbia Youth Soccer Federation.

He attended Harvest Community Church and was also a member of Washington Education Assocation.

Mr. Jackson is survived by his wife Connie of Camas; a son, Damian K. Jackson of Camas; two daughters, Treva A. and Sarah D. Jackson of Camas; his mother, Lorraine Wright, of Folsom, Calif.; three brothers, Gregory L. Jackson of Ventura, Calif., Timothy J. Jackson of Chico, Calif., and Matthew W. Jackson of Buena Park, Calif., and one sister, Suzanne Wesselius of Orangevale, Calif.

A funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Harvest Community Church in Camas. Interment will be at Fern Prairie Cemetery. Brown's Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of the arrangements.
