JULY NEWSLETTER

2006

Can you believe it?  It will soon be the 4th of July festivies galore out in good ol' Washington.

Starting with Fort Vancouver, Woodland has something, (right?) All I know is it's one big party for the whole the month.

I read the Reflector online and read that BG is getting a new school, yet laying teachers off at the HS?? So confused.  Did your levy not pass??  Good luck to all of that.  If it's a sore subject sorry I brought it up.  I usually don't read the whole the Reflector I scroll to the Obitz to see if anyone we know has past on, or our friends parents etc.  But it intrigued me to keep reading about the new schools, yet they are letting teachers go in the district. Hmm odd.

Alot of annoucements for July kids..below is a message from Bret Robb I just cut and pasted it. Sherrie is throwing him a 40 th bday bash. Address below.

Just to let you all know - the address Rick sent is our "Old" address - don't want you showing up at the wrong house.

The new address is 7209 NE 159th Street - right on the SE corner of 72nd Avenue and 159th Street - we're roasting a pig and their will be plenty of food and drink - kids are welcome - we will have a bouncy house and water slide if the weather is right.

Hope your day is wonderful Bret!

Also, Barb Watermeier called me this month (june) asked if I'd put a lil' something in the newsletter for her..She also turns 40 this month (July) They are having a bash for her on July 21st at Hoosong and Larry's - Call Shelley Cocklin if you have any  questions 360-666-3060 She'll fill you in.

Two fun and wonderful people (two of my faves) turning 40 - May you know that even though I can not be there - my laughter, thoughts and prayers are with you both...40 is a wonderful, magaical time, It's full of life.  Enjoy it grasp it and know that if I could I'd be there for both of them.

I raise my glass to both of you - Cheers and may the love in our hearts and our friendship never die.

Happy birthday to the rest of our classmates - DITTO!!!

Not much going on here in Ohio, we are getting ready for our Red, WHITE and BOOM (which is always on the 3rd) then each community does there thing on the 4th.

I work the 5th so it will be low key around here, 5:45 comes early.

I will be sitting in on some surgery's to follow a surgical tech.  I love that stuff, when we have a code my blood starts pumpin and I want to save a life..it's so wonderful.  So that is the only thing new in my life is that I may switch to surgery which will be cool.  STill Neuro though I love the brain. :-)

I do hope you all have a safe and happy 4th - light a sparkler for me...:-)

Enjoy life and celebrate our country's freedom.

Love to you all ~

Always a Friend,
